ABA Therapy

ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis. ABA therapists teach children skills such as transitioning, toileting, eye contact, compliance to task, sharing, and replacing challenging behaviors with desired behaviors. ABA therapists work to increase adaptive behaviors and minimize challenging behaviors. Interventions are based on indirect and/or direct assessments, and recommendations are discussed, modeled, and/or implemented with your child, depending on what is best in your child’s situation.  Our therapists can assist children in their classroom as well.
